1. Services Provided

           · Yule Lads Christmas Lighting LLC offers seasonal holiday lighting installation, maintenance, and removal services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• Free quotes are provided upon request and are valid for 14 days.
• Final pricing may vary based on property size, lighting complexity, and customization.
• A 50% deposit is required prior to installation to secure your scheduled service.
• The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
• Payments can be made via cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Yule Lads Christmas Lighting LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Installation and Safety

• Our team will install lighting using industry-standard practices to ensure safety and durability.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property is accessible and safe for installation.
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or improper use of installed lighting.

5. Ownership and Equipment

• All lighting and decorations provided by Yule Lads Christmas Lighting LLC remain the property of the company unless purchased outright.
• Equipment must be returned in good condition at the end of the season. Damaged or missing items may incur replacement fees.

6. Liability

• Yule Lads Christmas Lighting LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from unauthorized tampering with installed equipment.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yule Lads Christmas Lighting LLC from any claims arising from misuse or negligence.
